Repairs and Servicing

Each bag is individually made by an experienced craftsperson with a meticulous eye for detail, who ensures that when it leaves our workshop it will stand the test of time. When designing the bags and choosing the methods of construction, we always considered how the bag could be repaired and parts replaced if needed. 

Defects are rare, but all of our bags carry a 12-month guarantee from the date of purchase. If you detect a fault within this period, the bag will be repaired or, if necessary, replaced at no extra cost. An original proof of purchase will be required. Outside of this period, repairs will carry an additional cost.

In our London workshop, our highly skilled artisans offer bespoke assessment and care for each bag and work with you to ensure you are satisfied with any repairs. We can repair items such as rivets and locks, as well as offering a cleaning service and restoring general wear and tear. Whatever rigours your bag may endure, our craftspeople will always do their best to find a solution.
