Shipping policy

 

All our bags are made in our London workshop by a member of our small team. 

We try to hold a good stock of all our pieces, but at busier times your bag might be made to order. We will let you know by email if this is the case, as of course it will take us a little bit longer to get it ready for sending.

 For reference, once they've been dispatched deliveries will typically take:

• United Kingdom: 1-3 business days
• North America: 5-10 business days
• Europe: 3-7 business days
• Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 7-14 business days
• Asia Pacific: 5-14 business days

Handling and custom fees may apply to packages sent outside the UK. Any duties payable will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery. Please note that should you decide to return your order for refund we will be unable to refund you any costs you may have incurred for local duty/taxes.
